HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was traveling to a campground at Kerr Lake from out of town with a truck insert camper on a Friday evening when my front tire suddenly shredded. A very good Samaritan, David Harris, stopped and helped me change the tire and I was able to make it to the campground Friday night. Saturday morning I called around to find a tire shop that was both open on Saturday and with the truck tire size I needed. Pete Smith's Tire & Axle on Andrews Ave in Henderson, NC cheerfully answered and said they had my size and to get the truck there asap so they could get it fixed. I found the employees to be super nice and the shop was very clean and efficient. I was in and out in an hour with two new tires, feeling much better about my camping weekend that started out on a bad note. I even left with a bottle of their delicious Shop Sauce, a BBQ sauce made by the owners of the shop! Very, very nice people and great service!!
I had to bring in my car for a very loud noise it was making. They took the car in, looked it over and fixed the problem. Also had my oil changed at the same time. Their service is great, the guys are super nice and I recommend them highly! Thanks!
